What is "BaFos (Baltic Free and Open Source) Network" is a working title for a network of groups and people who feel affiliated to Linux and Free/Libre Open Source Network in the baltic sea region. The idea came up on the 5th Kieler Linuxtage in Kiel (Germany) as we cam to the conclusion that networking between Linux groups, not only in northern Germany is not as good as it could be.
In order not to stuck in just that point of view but to take action we want to create a website plus one or more mailing list that should be used for exchange of information about events in that very region and to help each other to get better organized. One good start sure is to just have that first mailing list and to do more later.
