This historical information we do have. Currently we would say the founding date is the date the domain was registered. So October 1998 was the first date we found. In September people were still just thinking about founding. Which means it should be at least 28 years old (2026)
The LUG became more or less inactive in 2009/2010. (Web Archive is down, so research must wait) There only have been a few events
